These terms

These terms govern every booking made with DuneGo Tourism FZ-LLC. By confirming a reservation you accept them on behalf of every member of your party.

Bookings and confirmation

• A reservation request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. No payment is taken at that stage.
• Your concierge confirms availability, re-costs the itinerary against live rates and issues a secure payment link. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams. Displays in USD, EUR and GBP are indicative conversions and the Dirham amount governs.
• Prices exclude 5% VAT unless stated otherwise, and exclude international flights and accommodation unless expressly included.

Your obligations

• You must provide accurate guest details, including any medical, dietary, mobility or accessibility needs, at the time of booking.
• Guests must comply with all instructions from crew, pilots, drivers and guides, and with UAE law and local custom.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused participation in activities with a safety component, without refund.
• Minimum age, weight and health restrictions apply to certain experiences and are stated on the relevant experience page.

Changes by us

Experiences with a weather or sea-state dependency — helicopter flights, balloon ascents and marine charters in particular — may be rescheduled or substituted on safety grounds. Where an operator stands down, we reschedule at no cost or refund in full at your election.

We may substitute a vehicle, vessel or venue of equivalent or higher standard where circumstances require it, and will tell you before the experience begins wherever possible.

Liability

DuneGo arranges experiences delivered by licensed third-party operators, each of which holds its own insurance and regulatory approvals. DuneGo is liable for the proper arrangement of your booking; the operator is responsible for the delivery and safety of the activity itself.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering the activities booked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
