Who we are

DuneGo Tourism FZ-LLC ("DuneGo", "we", "us") is a tourism company registered in the Al Hamra Industrial Zone free zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, at CWEP6948, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details you give us: name, email address, telephone number and, where a booking requires it, passport or Emirates ID details.
• Booking details: dates, party size, dietary requirements, accessibility needs and any preferences you choose to share.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers. DuneGo does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in aggregate to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To arrange, confirm and deliver the experiences you book.
• To share only the minimum necessary details with the operator delivering your experience — typically a first name and party size until arrival.
• To meet our legal, licensing and tax obligations in the United Arab Emirates.
• To contact you about your booking. We send marketing only where you have asked us to, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum operational detail with the licensed operator delivering your experience, and with payment processors handling your transaction. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Where a guest requests it, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement covering the entire engagement.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 and stored on UAE-resident infrastructure with access restricted to concierge staff working on your file.

Booking records are retained for five years to satisfy UAE accounting and licensing requirements, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to concierge@dunego.co and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site uses a single browser storage key to remember your theme, language and currency preferences. It is not used for tracking, contains no personal data and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
