What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time on most experiences. Weather-dependent activities such as helicopter and balloon flights are fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost if the operator stands down.

Yes. DuneGo Tourism FZ-LLC is based in Ras Al Khaimah and regularly arranges experiences across Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, including Jebel Jais mountain drives and private jet sectors across the GCC.
